She said she wouldn't... but she did anyway. "I am finishing up an album ... There's no days of the week on the new album" (Via The Hollywood Reporter)

And critics agree this one isn't nearly as awful!

CNET writes, "If you didn't know who performed it, you might mistake it for many an aspiring American Idoler or Simon Cowell-manufactured teeny wonder."

And actually, the very best part of the music video is not the music.

The Hollywood Reporter writes, "The song itself is a totally passable piece of Radio Disney-esque pop, but this time it's the music video that deserves the brunt of the attention. The clip features a myriad of references to the 'Friday' video."

For example, there's FUN FUN FUN in sharpie, the bowl of cereal she's gotta have and the possibly offensive ending...

But honestly, Rebecca Black's strength has always been views not music. "Saturday" has racked up more than 8 million views in less than two days, fitting well into her extremely popular YouTube channel.

So thank you Rebecca Black for finally doing what we all figured you would do. See ya Sunday.
