President-elect Biden has reportedly selected Federal Appeals Court Judge Merrick Garland as his Attorney General.
Garland has held several top positions in the Justice Department – including overseeing the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing — and was nominated for the Supreme Court by President Obama.
