Rastelli Foods Group is recalling more than 130,000 pounds of its raw ground beef products because they may be contaminated with plastic material.

The recall is for some 16 oz. sealed packages of Nature's Rancher 100% Grass Fed Organic Ground Beef that were produced from Oct. 3 through Oct. 15.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture says the products were sent to stores in Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois and Maryland.

As of Thursday, no one had reported getting sick from eating the ground beef. The USDA says people who purchased the now-recalled products should either throw them out or return them to a store.
