Court documents filed Wednesday allege disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted a teenage girl.

The accuser — who was only referred to as Jane Doe in the lawsuit — claims Weinstein assaulted her back in 2002, when she was 16 years old. She alleges that Weinstein continued to harass her for almost a decade.

In a statement, Weinstein's attorney called the new claim "preposterous" and said, "this uncorroborated allegation that is almost 20 years old will be shown to be patently false."

Jane Doe is the 10th woman to join a class-action lawsuit filed earlier this year against the producer, the Weinstein Co., Miramax and others that the plaintiffs claim either knew or should have known about Weinstein's "predatory behavior."

Weinstein also faces five criminal charges, including two counts of rape and two counts of predatory sexual assault stemming from other accusers' allegations.
