The Golden Globes red carpet was as golden as the trophies themselves. Jennifer Lopez lending us some leg and 200 carats of Harry Winston diamonds to strut through this year's top fashion trends.

Many women donning gowns with hints of bedazzled blue, like Carly Chaikin, Bryce Dallas Howard, Viola Davis, Melissa McCarthy, and Julianne Moore.

But winter white did many ladies right, too. Laverne Cox looked clean in Elizabeth Kennedy, Saoirse Ronan flowed in Yves Saint Laurent and Taraji P. Henson added sass to her Stella McCartney gown.

Perhaps the wild card color of the night was red. Amy Adams, Jennifer Lawrence and Olivia Wilde all wildly successful in their attempt to stand-out from the carpet they stood on.

As for Natalie Dormer, well, she's probably red with envy. Her J. Mendel dress draped and that's about it.

Other dishonorable mentions include the pink ladies, Leslie Mann and Cate Blanchett, and real life wedding cake, Jane Fonda. Let us also pray for Kate Hudson and Rooney Mara at this time.

But if we had to crown a few queens of the night, Zendaya slayed in Marchesa, Alicia Vikander cleaned up in white Louis Vuitton and Jenna Dewan-Tatum stunned in Zuhair Murad.
